Dipankar Roy is the Founder of DLs Global Service and Trading and a highly experienced professional with a background in Civil Engineering, holding a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. Civil from IIEST,SHIBPUR), along with recognition as a Chartered Engineer and Fellow Member of The Institution of Engineers (India). With over 20 years of professional experience across infrastructure, construction, and regulatory environments in India, and more than a decade of international exposure in Saudi Arabia working with globally reputed organizations such as Parsons Corporation, he has developed strong expertise in government coordination, compliance systems, documentation processes, escalation management, and arbitration-related matters; throughout his career, he has handled complex regulatory and administrative challenges, successfully supporting multiple approval and compliance cases across diverse sectors, and now applies this real-world experience to help individuals and businesses through transparent, reliable, and structured documentation and compliance services under DLs Global Service and Trading.
