Delhi High Court seeks police response after Tahir Hussain challenges conviction; hearing on Dec 2

The Delhi High Court has served a notice to the Delhi police regarding the appeal filed by Tahir Hussain, who was found guilty of the murder of IB officer Ankit Sharma during the riots of 2020. Hussain, along with four others, received a life sentence, but he disputes the conviction, claiming the investigation was flawed and biased against him. The appeal is scheduled for a hearing on December 2.
